Submitted Content Policy

1. Purpose
This Submitted Content Policy describes the rules governing all photographs, images, text, files, designs, logos, and any other content submitted by Customers to Official Starter Packs™ ("OSP™") in connection with the creation of custom products.
By submitting content to Official Starter Packs™, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Policy.
2. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for all content submitted to Official Starter Packs™.
By submitting content, the Customer represents and warrants that:
- they own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use it;
- the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party;
- the content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Content
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that, in our sole discretion, is:
- unlawful;
- defamatory;
- threatening;
- harassing;
- discriminatory;
- hateful;
- obscene or sexually explicit;
- violent or graphic;
- misleading or fraudulent;
- infringing upon intellectual property rights;
- or otherwise inappropriate for our Services.
Official Starter Packs™ may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that violates this Policy.
4. License Granted to Official Starter Packs™
By submitting content, the Customer grants Official Starter Packs™ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of:
- creating the requested custom product;
- communicating with the Customer regarding the order;
- providing customer support;
- performing quality assurance;
- and fulfilling contractual obligations.
This license automatically terminates once these purposes have been completed, subject to any legal or administrative retention requirements.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Creative Processing
Customer-submitted content may be processed using artificial intelligence tools and other digital technologies as part of the creative workflow.
Such processing is performed solely for the purpose of creating the requested custom product and is subject to our Privacy Policy and our Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy.
6. Storage and Retention
Official Starter Packs™ may temporarily retain submitted content for purposes including:
- completing the order;
- processing approved revisions;
- quality control;
- customer support;
- maintaining business records where required by law.
Content will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for these purposes unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
7. Customer Requests
Customers may request the deletion of their submitted content, subject to:
- legal obligations;
- legitimate business needs;
- record-keeping requirements;
- or ongoing contractual obligations.
Deletion requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Official Starter Packs™ is not responsible for:
- inaccuracies contained in Customer-submitted content;
- poor image quality;
- incomplete files;
- errors in spelling, dates, names, or other information supplied by the Customer;
- any delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
9. Reservation of Rights
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, remove, or delete submitted content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy obligates Official Starter Packs™ to accept or process any particular submission.
10. Amendments
Official Starter Packs™ may amend this Submitted Content Policy at any time to reflect changes to its Services, technologies, or business practices.
The most current version will always be published on our Website together with its effective date.
