1. Purpose
This Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy describes how Official Starter Packs™ ("OSP™") uses artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies in the delivery of its products and services.
Our objective is to leverage the benefits of AI while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, transparency, and respect for our Customers' rights.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Official Starter Packs™ may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist certain stages of the creative and production process.
These technologies may be used to:
- generate visual concepts;
- create or enhance illustrations;
- assist with graphic composition;
- optimize certain images;
- support product personalization;
- accelerate portions of the creative workflow.
Artificial intelligence is used solely as an assisting tool and does not replace human judgment or creative oversight.
3. Human Review
All creations produced by Official Starter Packs™ may be reviewed and refined by a member of our creative team before delivery.
Depending on the project, our team may:
- modify a design;
- correct visual elements;
- adjust the composition;
- enhance colors;
- refine accessories;
- perform retouching;
- conduct quality control.
4. Personalization
Each custom product is created using the information, photographs, files, and instructions provided by the Customer.
Due to the creative nature of the process, the final result represents an artistic interpretation and may not be an exact reproduction of a photograph, illustration, or any other reference supplied by the Customer.
5. No Guarantee of Exact Likeness
Although Official Starter Packs™ strives to create a result that closely reflects the Customer's expectations, we do not guarantee a perfectly identical representation of:
- a person;
- an animal;
- an object;
- an artistic style;
- or any reference image provided.
Each creation is unique.
6. Revisions
Where a purchased product includes one or more revisions, the Customer may request reasonable adjustments in accordance with the terms applicable to the purchased product.
Additional revision requests may be declined or may be subject to additional fees.
7. Protection of Customer Information
Customer information and submitted files are used solely for the purpose of creating the requested custom product, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Submitted Content Policy.
8. Evolving Technologies
Artificial intelligence technologies continue to evolve rapidly.
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to modify, replace, or improve the AI tools, models, or technologies used in the creation of its products without prior notice and without any obligation to use a particular technology.
9. Limitation of Liability
Official Starter Packs™ shall not be liable for:
- the inherent limitations of artificial intelligence technologies;
- artistic differences between a generated design and the Customer's expectations;
- results arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or low-quality files or information provided by the Customer.
10. Amendments
Official Starter Packs™ may amend this Policy at any time to reflect changes to its Services, products, technologies, or business practices.
The most current version will always be published on our Website together with its effective date.
